This is now the simplest cutting geometry: the back side completely flat and the bevel as well. However, this is not soo easy to grind on. I see two and a half possibilities there:
maybe you have a machine that allows such flat surfaces, or
You have a sharpening guide and can use it to grind it by hand, or
(and that would be the half option:) You manage to create such a surface with your free hand. Then you are either a genius, or you will soon end up with this form. This shape is reasonably suitable to be further ground by hand: it has 2 tactile tipping points (marked in red) that help in maintaining the angle correctly, just like this machine-ground one).
