Here you will find some tricks for Inkscape. I have set myself the task of modeling a violin in 3d, or to start with it at all. You come across a lot of detail problems. And I want to describe some of them and also solve some of them. The first step is to find a few suitable 2D sketches and prepare them for 3D use. It is not easy to find exact measurements on the net (see links).
As a thrifty person, I first looked at the free plan (a violin as an svg file). I quickly came across some weaknesses that I want to describe and solve here. I did these 2d actions with the free program Inkscape.
